For the third consecutive year, Loving Food Resources will sponsor one of Asheville’s finest talents in a benefit concert in the nave at All Souls. That talent is Kat Williams, one of the favorites among Asheville’s musical performers. Her vocalizations rival some of the finest voices in the recording business: Sarah Vaughn, Nina Simone, and Etta James come to mind. Kat is a fine entertainer with a comfortable, personable stage presence. If you have attended a previous concert by Kat, you know what a treat she provides. If you haven’t...! Well then, check your calendar for Sunday afternoon, September 19 and put the time in right now: 4:00 pm in the cathedral nave for a wonderful concert!
Tickets are limited, cost $20, and all ticket money goes directly to LFR, an all-volunteer nonprofit food pantry for those living with HIV/AIDS or who are in home Hospice care with any condition.
