Peace Fellowship News
Our chapter of the EPF submitted a resolution on Strategies for Peace in Israel/Palestine to our Diocesan Convention this November, and it passed handily. The result will be a Diocesan study on the matter that will bring back a resolution to the 2011 convention. Simultaneously the national EPF has established a Palestine/Israel Network that will try to coordinate an Episcopal approach to MidEast Peace. We look forward to being a part of that and it will be a part of the discussion at our regular meeting at 5:00 p.m. on December 12 in the Christian Ed room. Remember that the weekly Sunday Vigil for Peace has now moved to 4:30 for the winter hours. We would welcome your participation in both of those.
