Yoga I in Zabriskie Hall

Have you ever wanted to start your own home yoga practice? Have you taken a few yoga classes, but want to learn more? Do you want to learn how to bring yourself into balance physically, emotionally and mentally? If so, then this is the class for you.

Susan Weatherford, who recently became certified to teach yoga through the Yoga Alliance, will be offering a six-week series of Yoga I classes in Zabriskie Hall on Thursdays from 5:30-6:30 p.m. starting October 6. The first class is free. If you like it and want to return, pay $50 total for the next five classes. A percentage of class fees will go to the cathedral for use of the space. Wear loose fitting clothing and bring a yoga mat. (I will have extra mats for those who do not own one.)

Please contact Susan at 989-1131 or sweather@unca.edu to reserve your spot! If we have a good turnout and folks
want to continue, I will offer more yoga classes beyond the six weeks.

Namaste.
